NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS ("PDMRs")
Kingfisher Plc ("the Company")
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces it received a notification from Equiniti Limited on 4 November 2009 of the grant on 3 November 2009 of ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence under the Kingfisher plc SAYE scheme.
5,263 ordinary shares, at an option price of 172.4p, were granted to each of the following PDMRs with a contract start date of 1 December 2009:
