DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

Further to the announcement made this morning, confirming the appointment of Sir Philip Hampton as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect, the Company announces that, Sir Philip is interested in 637 ordinary shares of 5486/91 US cents in the capital of the Company.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4 and Listing rule 9.6.11.
