Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 13th November 2009 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 75,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £20.46336433 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £20.56 per share and the lowest price received was £20.3475 per share.
