Notification of a share transaction by a Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

On Thursday 26 November 2009, Paul Chavasse, a director and PDMR, exercised options over Rathbone Brothers Plc Ordinary Shares of 5p granted under the Rathbone Brothers Plc Non-Inland Revenue Approved Executive Share Option Scheme 2000 on 14 March 2003 over 25,334 shares with an exercise price of £4.15.

The market value at exercise was £8.79 being the closing mid-market price on 25 November 2009. The shares allotted were registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Limited. 23,334 shares were sold on 26 November 2009 at £8.55.

 

Following these transactions, he has a holding of 51,411 shares (0.119% of the issued share capital).
