4G Shares Fund (the "Sub-fund")
Removal of the shares of the Sub-fund from the Official List
The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Directors") wish to announce that pursuant to a board resolution of the Company on 29th May 2009, the Directors have requested that the Shares of the Sub-fund of the Company be removed from the Official List and from trading on the Main Market of the Irish Stock Exchange. The Termination Date was 29th May 2009.
The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to remove the Shares of the Sub-funds of the Company from the Official List and from trading on the Main Market of the Irish Stock Exchange with effect from 30 November 2009.
